KappAhl is the first major fashion chain to offer its customers digital payment solutions in stores via smartphones, where they can now make their purchases with Klarna the same way as online: Pay now, Pay later or Slice it.

This new payment solution will become one of the cornerstones in KappAhl’s digital transformation, with customers in physical stores benefitting from the same payment options and smooth payment process whether they shop online or in physical stores.
How it works:
- Customers provide their mobile number at checkout
- They receive a text message with a link, taking them to the same checkout experience as online
- They choose their payment method and complete their payment
The service is now available in all 327 KappAhl and Newbie stores across the Nordics.
