We’re soon about to launch new exciting features into the Klarna app in the Nordics. These features will make it easier for customers to remember what they bought, to track orders and report potential returns. For you as a merchant, it means less time spent on disputes and support if you provide images and shipping details to Klarna. That is what we call a win-win.
We will start collecting images of products which customers have bought and display them directly in the Klarna app. This will enable customers to reconnect with your products and ensure a great customer experience.
We also want to encourage you to provide us with the tracking- and return ID:s of your orders, in case you are not doing this already, since this will free up time for both you and your customers. Find more information through the developer’s portal or by contacting your technically responsible contact person.
